13-year-old accused of manslaughter in Cocoa neighborhood, police say

A 13-year-old was arrested this week after being accused of fatally shooting a man over the weekend. In an arrest report, police said they were first tipped off to the shooting near Bristol Drive on Sunday night, just before 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found a man — identified as Kelby Gavin Miller, 30 — who’d been shot in his torso, police added. Despite being airlifted to the hospital, Miller ultimately succumbed to his wound.
