Man sought in kidnapping attempt after apparent Uber driver mix-up in Osceola County

A man who may have been posing as an Uber driver allegedly tried to kidnap a woman early Saturday near a gas station in Osceola County, and the sheriff’s office is asking the public for help identifying him.
