8-year-old boy shot inside Casselberry apartment was not intended target, police say

An 8-year-old boy was shot and wounded Sunday in Casselberry, police said, but he was not the intended target. On Monday, investigators told News 6 they believe a man at the same apartment complex was targeted and a bullet ricocheted and hit boy.
