Man arrested, another on the run, for 'ambush' shooting that killed 15-year-old girl

Karyah Duncan, of Cocoa, was found on Oct. 6 shot outside of Anchors Seafood and Chicken restaurant on Clearlake Road and taken to the hospital, where she later died. She was one of three people who were shot, deputies said.
