Lockdown lifted at Port St. John school as suspicious person taken into custody

A suspicious person was taken into custody Thursday morning after an incident outside Space Coast Jr./Sr. High School in Port St. John, according to the school district. The school was placed on lockdown while deputies from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office searched for the suspect, later identified as 48-year-old Marvin Guth.
