91-year-old dies after car hits guardrail, overturns onto SR-46 in Sanford, troopers say

A driver died Monday after striking a guardrail on Interstate 4 and falling onto State Road 46 below, shutting down the roadway for several hours, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
