Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine formed over eastern Cuba Friday afternoon. It continues to show signs of development over the Caribbean Islands. It’s expected to be upgraded over the weekend, getting the name Imelda, becoming the ninth named storm of the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season.
