Open carry now officially legal in Florida. Here's what to know

Florida officially allows open carry starting Thursday, marking a significant change in the state’s gun laws. It comes after a Sept. 10 Court of Appeals ruling that found the ban on open carry violates the Second Amendment and is therefore, unconstitutional.
