Passenger shot in face, driver injured in Osceola County road-rage incident

A driver was grazed by a bullet and his passenger was shot in the face Tuesday afternoon in a road-rage shooting in Osceola County, according to the sheriff’s office. The victims’ vehicle, a black Ford Expedition, had the back window shot out and the front window was damaged.
