Cocoa Beach party teacher wants off probation months after conviction

The former Brevard County teacher who was arrested after an underage party at an elementary school principal’s house is fighting her sentence. While Karly Anderson lost her job, she didn’t have to go to jail following her trial in May. Anderson was sentenced to a year of probation, but now, the ex-teacher is going back to court hoping to overturn her sentence after just four months.
