Volusia sheriff stops reckless driver after high-speed chase on I-95

According to a social media post, Christian Will Ottinot, 24, of Broward County, swerved through traffic, ran red lights, and hit 118 mph up and down I-95 after fleeing from Port Orange police on Wednesday morning.
