Body Camera video: Arrest of Florida Chuck E. Cheese mascot

Newly-released body-camera video shows the moment two Tallahassee police officers arrested one Charles Entertainment Cheese, alias Chuck E. Cheese, last month in the middle of the arcade and pizza parlor bearing his name. Or at least a man in a Chuck E. Cheese costume.
