Florida bear hunt approved. Here’s what’s next

Wildlife officials on Wednesday unanimously voted to approve a bear hunting season in Florida. After more than two hours of public comment, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission voted 5-0 in favor of the bear hunt, which will take place over 23 days in December.
